1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlowWrite ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FlowWrite is a macOS application that provides AI-powered grammar correction, translation, and writing style enhancement. The App processes selected text through third-party AI models and returns corrected text to your device.

3. Free and Paid Plans

• Free plan: 10 corrections per day with all features included. No account required.
• Pro plan: 1,000 corrections per day for $7.99/month, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your subscription management portal.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or authentication mechanisms
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the App
• Use automated tools to make excessive API requests

5. Intellectual Property

FlowWrite and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlowWrite and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your text remains yours — we claim no ownership over content you process through the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of FlowWrite is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data. Text submitted for correction is processed in real-time and is not stored, logged, or used for training.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowWrite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that corrections will be 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing all suggested changes before applying them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowWrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

9. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at support@flowwrite.org. Refunds after this period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
